For compliance officers

What your advisor is proposing, what you receive, and what we do not claim.

We provide a compliance-ready workflow. We do not provide compliance.

Your firm remains responsible for supervision. The advisor remains the publisher. No post goes out without their approval.

How it works today

  1. No post goes out without approval.

Every advisor we work with is on Managed today, and a person on our team posts each approved post by hand, at its time. That is how we work, not something the system enforces.

  2. Comments go out without approval.

Each weekday our team writes and sends five comments and ten connection requests in the advisor’s name. They do not wait for an approval. No one on the advisor’s do-not-engage list is approached.

  3. Every approval is recorded.

Each approval keeps the text as approved, who approved it and when. No post can be approved until the advisor has told us how your firm reviews posts.

What you receive

  • A documented approval workflow

Drafts go to the advisor, and to you where your firm requires it. Each approval is recorded with its date and approver.

  • A claims screen on every draft

No performance promises or guarantees, no unsupported superlatives. A draft the screen has not run on says so: "not run" is never shown as "passed".

How the account is reached

Managed, only if the advisor chooses it

Managed access is contrary to LinkedIn’s User Agreement, which says "you will not share your account with anyone else". It requires the advisor’s credentials. It exists because LinkedIn offers no way to delegate a personal profile, and LinkedIn’s own posting permission, the other way in, is not yet open to our clients. So today every advisor we work with is on Managed. We explain it in writing and require a signed acknowledgment.

How you work with us

The advisor chooses one of three settings, in her setup.

Approval before posting

Each week’s posts come to you as one review link on Wednesday at 08:00, her time. You mark each post approved or not, with a note. A post goes out only when both of you have approved it, and a changed post is approved again.

Whichever she chooses, the record keeps who approved each post and when.

The rules we work to

United States: FINRA Rule 2210 with Regulatory Notices 10-06 and 17-18 · SEC Marketing Rule, Advisers Act Rule 206(4)-1 · books and records under 204-2 and 17a-4.

Canada: CIRO guidance on the review, supervision and retention of advertisements, sales literature and correspondence · Rule 3400 suitability · CSA and CIRO finfluencer guidance, January 2026.

Who does the work, and where

Strategy is set by a financial advisor who holds a Philippine financial advisor licence and runs an advice practice there: an MDRT qualifying member for eight years, ex-Accenture, based in Melbourne, studying Financial Planning to become a Chartered Financial Planner (CFP). A named creative team in Manila produces.

We prepare your drafts, both the text and the images, and a person on our team reviews and edits every one before anything is sent.

We ask for no CRM access, client lists or account information. We do hold what the advisor gives us: their answers in setup, a do-not-engage list that can name their clients, and, on Managed, the sign-in to their LinkedIn account.
