Terms
Written to be read by the person buying, not only by a lawyer.
These terms are in draft and are with our lawyers. They are not yet the agreement you would sign. Ask us for the current version before you commit to anything.

0. Who we are
advisor accelerator (“we”, “us”) is at Suite 329, 98–100 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. You can reach us at hello@advisoraccelerator.co.
1. What you are buying
LinkedIn Daily. One service, one price, no tiers.
- Five LinkedIn posts a week (about 22 a month), in your voice
- A purpose-built image with every post
- Five comments and ten connection requests a day, Monday to Friday (25 and 50 a week), on people drawn from the targets you name and the ones we research for you
- A compliance pack: a documented approval workflow, a prohibited-claims screen on every draft
Once, at the start, at no additional cost: a LinkedIn Presence Audit; and onboarding, eight short steps and an hour to ninety minutes of your time. And in your first quarter only, a re-score of your audit at day 45, so you see your new score before you decide whether to renew.
2. What you are not buying
Said plainly because it is part of the price. No other platform, no newsletter, no blog, no lead magnets, no landing pages, no CRM build, no webinar production, and no paid advertising. The engagement allocation above is the whole of it: it is offered each day and capped for the week, and anything not done in a week lapses rather than carrying over.
3. Price, and the quarter
The price is on our offer page. It is a monthly price, billed quarterly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. There is no monthly option.
The term is one quarter, beginning on the date of your first payment. It renews as another quarter unless you tell us otherwise at least 30 days before the quarter ends.
If you joined as a founding client before the list price took effect, you keep the founding price for as long as you stay with us without a break.
At renewal only, longer commitments are available: six months at 10% off the monthly rate, or a year at 15% off. Nothing is discounted at signup.
If you wish, you can pause for up to two weeks, once a quarter. A pause does not move the end of your quarter.
4. How we reach your account
Managed: we operate the account for you, and your time drops to about five minutes a week, to approve. One named person on our team holds your login, and no one else logs in. This requires a separate signed addendum, and you should read it first: sharing an account is contrary to LinkedIn’s User Agreement. We do not describe this option as risk-free and we will not pretend the choice is even.
5. What we do not claim
We provide a compliance-ready workflow. We do not provide compliance. Your firm’s compliance officer remains responsible for supervising and approving your communications. Nothing we provide is legal, compliance, tax or investment advice.
We guarantee delivery, not results. We do not promise any level of engagement, connections, enquiries, meetings or business won. Any figure we have shown you describes our own account or a named source, and is not a projection of yours.
6. Your content, and your record
The content we produce for you is yours. Your record keeps every post as you approved it, who approved it and when, and your messages with our team.
We keep your record for seven years from the end of the year you leave, and then delete it.
7. Signing, and your copy
You can ask for a paper copy at any time.
8. Ending it
Either of us may end this at the close of a quarter, on the notice above. We may stop sooner if continuing would require us to publish something we believe to be false or misleading.
- If we end it early, for any reason other than an unpaid fee, we refund the part of the quarter you paid for and will not receive.
- If you change your mind part-way through a quarter, the service runs to the quarter’s end and we do not refund part of it, though we may make a goodwill refund.
- None of this limits your rights in section 9.
On Managed access, ending it means we stop immediately, delete the credentials, and ask you to change your password.
9. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, where it applies to you. If a service fails to meet a guarantee, you may be entitled to have it fixed or supplied again, or, if the failure is major, to cancel and receive a refund for the part not supplied. Nothing on this page or in your agreement takes those rights away.
10. The law that applies
Which law governs the agreement, and where a dispute would be heard, is one of the questions with our lawyers. This page will say once they have answered.
Questions about any of this: ask before you sign, not after. We would rather answer them.
